Kirstyn Hoyt

Kirstyn completed her cosmetology program in 2013 and has been a practicing esthetician for 9 years. Additionally, she earned her BS in biology from University of North Carolina and looks forward to continuing her education. She has experience working with hair and skin however, esthetics has remained her biggest passion. Kirstyn loves facial massage and lymphatic drainage and her favorite thing about Selenite is the artistic freedom that she has with her techniques. Performing facials feels like an art where each client is a new opportunity to utilize her skills to create a magical piece. When Kirstyn is not at work she loves spending time with her best friend, her daughter, visiting museums and trying vegan restaurants.

Savannah Frommel

Savannah is a licensed esthetician with 4 years of experience working at both day spas and medspas. She initially focused on acne as she began her journey however, over time she explored other avenues and fell in love with facial massage and muscle work. She is passionate about holistic education and making good skincare accessible to everyone. Savannah has been a part of the team since the very beginning of The Spa at Selenite and has enjoyed cultivating a safe and welcoming environment in the midst of the hustle and bustle of South End. In her free time Savannah loves spending time outdoors with her child-pup Nova, doing yoga, and continuing her esthetics education.

Audrey Ford

Audrey is a licensed esthetician with 8 years of experience in the industry. Her personal struggle with acne is what initially sparked her esthetics career in her hometown of Los Angeles. She enjoys developing personal relationships with her clients, learning about their skin, and creating customized home-care routines to maintain beautiful, healthy results long term. She loves the variety of clean and effective products, treatments, and enhancements that Selenite offers that get her creative juices flowing when constructing tailored treatment plans for her clients. In her free time Audrey is a homebody who loves cooking, baths, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her boyfriend and their animals.

Saskia-Myre Medrano

Saskia-Myre started her career in the beauty industry as a makeup artist 10 years ago. She later earned her esthetician's license to hone her skills with a focus on skin and brows. She is passionate about beauty and wellness and takes pride in being able to redefine who gets to experience self care in a luxurious and comprehensive way. She is a New Yorker through and through but home is where the heart is; for Saskia-Myre that is with her husband and daughter. Joe Sorge

Joe began his massage training in 2000 in Englewood, NJ at the Academy of Massage Therapy where he learned many of the techniques that he uses today. In 2010, after a personal injury, he developed a new outlook on life and his career path. He dove into yoga to repair the strength that he had lost from the injury and that eventually led him back to massage full time. Joe's injury was the catalyst to bring him back to what we was intended to do. Joe is also a reiki healer and takes pride in getting to the root cause of his client's pain whether it be physical or spiritual. In his free time he likes to spend time with his partner and two dogs, Jonah and Jacob.

Megan Tallent

Megan is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, and prenatal services. She graduated from the NC School of Advanced Bodywork which provided her with an extensive foundation in neuromuscular therapy and myo-structural balancing which allows her to analyze her clients’ true source of pain and dysfunction. She loves the one-on-one personalized environment at Selenite that allows her to build lasting relationships with her clients. When not at work, Megan enjoys spending time in the South Mountains to stay in touch with nature and going on road-trips with her 10 year old rescue dog, Ellie.

The best experience & such a wonderful environment. From when you first step in to the shop, to heading up to the salon and waiting with a cup of tea, this place is a dream for anyone who is holistically minded and the microcurrent facial lived up to every bit of anticipation. As someone who does not prioritize their skin, I am eager to come back for regular treatments.
