We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

We offer free in-store and curbside pickup at our Charlotte, NC Boutique located at 1800 Camden Rd, Suite 104. Pickup services are offered during standard business hours. Please select "Pick up" as your delivery method at checkout to take advantage of this service.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us at hello@selenitebeauty.com and our team will assist you. Please provide your order number and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged item(s).

We love our products and we believe you will too, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will refund the purchase price to you via the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at hello@selenitebeauty.com with your order confirmation number to request a return.

For new clients we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you can fill out our new client intake form. If this is not your first time visiting the spa please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

Parking is available at the Lowes Building Garage next to the store at 100 W Worthington Street. Additional parking is available at the Design Center Garage just behind the store off of Hawkins and Doggett Street. Limited street parking in front of the boutique is also available.
We understand that parking in South End can be tricky. Please try to give yourself enough time to find parking prior to your service or if you are running late or know you will be late please give us a call at (980) 938-8057. If you are more than 5 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you and will do what we can in the time allotted.

We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding of our spa’s scheduling policies! Please note, we require a credit card on file to hold all appointments. If you would like to book an appointment within 24 hours or don't see your desired time available on our website, please call us at (980) 938-8057 and we will try our best to accommodate.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations must be made via a direct call to the spa at 980-938-8057. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service price. Should you need to switch your service to a different service provider with less than 24 hour notice, a $20 service change fee will be applied.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
If you are running late the day of your appointment, please call and let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. Out of respect for our other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service if you are more than 5 minutes late. We will do what we can in the time allotted.

Our memberships are our way of giving back to our loyal clients. Our Fresh Face Membership is $145/month (charged automatically to your card on file) for one 1 hour Selenite Signature Facial and two treatment enhancements of your choice. Additionally, members receive 10% off additional services and 10% off all products at Selenite Beauty (excluding Eminence, Josh Rosebrook, and Kypris).
Our Chill Out membership is also $145 month and includes one 90-Minute Massage (Deep Tissue or Swedish), one treatment enhancement of your choice, 10% off additional services, and 10% off eligible products at Selenite Beauty.
For first-time customers interested in a membership, book the membership of your choice online and select your treatment enhancement(s). If you book online, your membership will not start and you will not be charged until the day of your first service. If you call and start a membership over the phone, your membership and recurring payment date will start immediately, unless specified otherwise.

If you don’t redeem your facial or enhancements for a given month, the credits will roll over to the following month and you can redeem two facials during that month. The same applies to our massage membership.
You may also gift your service credit to a friend and have them come in and redeem the service on your behalf.

To cancel your membership please give us a call at (980) 938-8057. There are no contract terms and no cancellation fees.

Our Spa is open 10 AM - 7 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM - 6 PM on Sundays.

Yes! All of our facials can be made pregnancy safe. During your intake process please notify your esthetician of any health conditions including pregnancy.

In the absence of a state law holding otherwise, you must be over the age of 14 to receive a massage and over the age of 13 to receive a facial. If under the age of 18 we do ask for a parent/guardian signature allowing the minor to receive our services. Any minor between the ages of 14 – 15 requires that the parent remain in the treatment room while services are being performed. Any minor between the ages of 16 – 17 requires that the parent remain on the premises while services are being performed. All female minor appointments are to be booked with female therapist.

We welcome everyone of all genders at Selenite! All of our services can be booked by males except for brazillian and bikini waxing.

If you have shopped with us in-store you will need to set a password online to complete the account sign-up process. Once you have set a password you will be able to log into your account and view all of your points. Be sure to use the same email that you gave the sales associate at checkout in order for the points to be accurately added to your account.

Our rewards program was started in March of 2022. This is a new program for all of our customers and we did not award points to past purchases. Any purchases moving forward are eligible to earn points as long as you have an active account with us!

You will be able to apply rewards to your order at checkout as a discount code. You can only use one reward per transaction. There are 4 different redeemable amounts: 200 points for $6, 600 points for $21, 800 points for $32, and 1000 points for $50. If you are shopping with us in-store, our sales associate will tell you your points balance during the checkout process and allow you to redeem your points if you have enough.

Yes, Selenite Points expire after one calendar year. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder if you have unused points about to expire!
