What is your shipping policy?
Please plan 1-3 days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.
What is the shipping rate for deliveries within the USA?
All orders under $50 have a flat rate fee of $7.50 (except Alaska and Hawaii).
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
We offer free in-store and curbside pickup at our Charlotte, NC Boutique located at 1800 Camden Rd, Suite 104. Pickup services are offered during standard business hours. Please select "Pick up" as your delivery method at checkout to take advantage of this service.
My shipment is damaged, what can I do?
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will assist you. Please provide your order number and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged item(s).
We love our products and we believe you will too, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, and we will refund the purchase price to you via the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your order confirmation number to request a return.

Brushes and Tools
All brushes and tools are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Selenite Beauty, 1800 Camden Rd Ste. 104,Charlotte NC 28203, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
